DM600S is DALA's advance 3D die profile measurement series based on the cutting-edge optical imaging technology. This intrument measures bearing length,eduction cone angle ,diameter and ovality and bearing asymmetry.

Operator can monitor the surface of dies (suchas breakage,dust)on screen.Powerful Visibility of result displaying area makes it ispossible to check data at a distance.
High efficiency and accuracy
The software is very easy to operate. Fix the die on the holder, then single press start button to conduct measurement . The single profile measurement time is 8 seconds and 4-axis asymmetry measurement time is about 24 seconds . The operator doesn't need any computer professional knowledge to fulfil the measurement .
New generation of rotation control system, repetitive accuracy is three times that of theformer drawing die measurement systems,meeting the high accuracy requirements of fine drawing dies.
Except general geometry measurement,it also canmeasure bearing asymmetry,providingcomprehensive geometry measurement guaranteeformanufacturing high-quality drawing dies.
